The Libragender flag

Designed by Icaneatwater in 2021-02-18. The wiki's primary flag; an alternate swallowtail design by FruitIndividual and PhysicsAndPuns (2021-05-17) exists. The wiki text records designer and date but no hex codes; hexes are the exact pixel values of the wiki's uploaded lossless PNG, read at the stripe centres at the flag's edge (not by eye). Vector, so it scales from a sticker to a banner without going soft.
